Electron Boy Saves Seattle

Thursday, April 29. Seattle is under siege by a pair of super villains. Who will save the city? Electron Boy! In a gesture as elaborate as it was kind, the Seattle chapter of the Make-a-Wish foundation granted 13 year old Erik Martin his wish to be a super hero for a day. Speaking Of Heroes…

The Carnegie Hero Fund Commission has been recognizes the heroics of everyday Americans. Since 1904, over 9,000 people have been recognized. This year, the award recognizes 23 individuals, including a 76 year old man who pinned a potential thief to the ground and woman who pulled a man who outweighed her by 55 pounds from a burning car.
